Near downtown Palm Springs, this project involved a complete remodel of architecture and landscape on two adjoining properties. The primary residence was designed and built in the 1960’s in the modernist style. The new architecture and landscape will embrace this character, celebrating the rich history of modernist design in this community.

Set within gardens of native and drought tolerant plantings, pools and water features create a sense of oasis. Existing palm trees will be transplanted to visually link to palms in the adjacent neighborhood while providing shade and framing views to nearby mountains. The new landscape will dramatically reduce water consumption while providing habitat for local birds and other wildlife.
